Finca Morro del Pito is situated on the sunny west side with a view of the Atlantic. It is a semitropical nature reserve (approx. 30.000m2) with mainly endemic plants and trees. There the Casa Nueva and the Casa Antigua are built. The Finca lies 475 ms over the sea-level, very quiet situation and is accessible only through a private road. The next neighbours can be reached in 10 minutes foot walk. One can likewise go shopping on foot (approx. 15 minutes in La Punta) and, especially, one can go hiking very well. Good bus connections. To the next beach (Tazacorte) it takes you approx. 20 minutes by car. Swimming is possible during the whole year. Our swimming-pool is filled with our own spring water. There is solar power and the house is built free from chemistry. In the garden around the house there grow fig trees and almond trees, mangos, papayas, guayavos.
